Selection Process
• Entries are welcome from any team, individual, organization or projects involved fully or partially, in the HR sector in the Middle East.
• A jury consisting of industry professionals will be constituted specifically for the purposes of selecting the finalists and the winners
• The composition and size of the jury will not be made public in the initial stages
• The short-listed finalists will be invited to make a presentation to the jury.
• The winner's names will remain undisclosed to the general public, including the sponsors and will be announced only at the award ceremony
• The decision of the jury will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
Criteria
The Judges panel will be guided by various criteria to arrive at the award finalists. Each category will be evaluated against a different set of criteria. The detailed criteria for each of the Award Categories are listed in the Awards Brochure. Check out the Awards Brochure here:

How to enter
• Each category that you enter must be accompanied by a separate entry form, clearly indicating the selected category.
• The nomination can be for an organization, project or for individual achievements
• An organization, project or individual can compete in multiple award categories
• The supporting materials will be requested to be uploaded in our secure website.
• The organizing committee assures confidentiality for all documents submitted
Entry deadline
Deadline for receipt of entries is 25 September 2024. Judging will take place thereafter and shortlisted entries will be notified and may be published on the website. Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner in October 2024
