Overview

If applying for a Practitioner Award: Please provide an overview of the role that you currently perform. Please indicate what makes you stand out from the pack. A bit of boasting is not judged.
If applying for an Organisation Award: Please provide an overview of what your organization does, number of employees, sectors, countries, products, services, etc.
If applying for a Product or Provider Award: Please provide an overview of what your product / service is all about, year of incorporation, problems it seeks to address, sectors, countries, key customers, products, services, etc.

Description

Description of the key challenges, and the approaches employed – provide summary information on projects and assignments, subject matter issues, innovation, delivery and deployment considerations, personal development, and managing expectations. (Maximum 1500 characters)

Outcomes

Outcomes – what makes this year special and how can you provide evidence that you/your organization/your product exceeded the expectations of your employer/market/customer/community (or stakeholders) (Maximum 1500 characters)

Achievement

If applying for a Practitioner Award:Please provide an outline of what you consider to be your core achievements within the last twelve months
If applying for an Organisation Award:Please provide an outline of what you consider to be your Organisation’s core achievements within the last twelve months compared to previous years.
If applying for a Product or Provider Award: Please provide an outline of what you consider to be the core achievements of your product / service within the last twelve months and why do you believe that this is the year your product / service should be considered for the Award
